Login problems and how to fix them
"Invalid username or password"

Not receiving your OTP
SMS delays happen on all networks. Wait a full minute before requesting a new code, check that your number has signal, and make sure the SMS is not sitting in a filtered or spam inbox on your phone.
Account locked or suspended
Lockouts usually follow too many failed attempts or an outstanding verification requirement. Contact official Hollywoodbets support with your registered details — no third-party site, including this one, can unlock an account.
Page won't load or keeps signing you out
Clear your browser cache, disable aggressive data-saver or VPN settings, and try again. On the app, close it fully and reopen rather than switching between tabs.
